Eocene Ltd. a biopharmaceutical company, focuses on the development of therapeutics for the treatment of liver diseases and related indications. Co., Ltd. for the commercialization of Aramchol in the Republic of Korea; and a collaboration agreement with OnKai for its AI platform and Tissue Dynamics to develop a novel human chronic cardiac fibrosis model. Eocene Ltd. was formerly known as Galmed Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and changed its name to Eocene Ltd. in September 2026. Eocene Ltd. was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Ramat Gan, Israel.
