1. The service
CIBIM provides financial research tools, market information, portfolio records and historical analysis. It is not a broker, does not execute orders or hold client funds, and does not provide personalised investment, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for your investment decisions and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, and use the service only where you are legally permitted to do so. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly. Public research may be explored without an account; personal features require sign-in.
3. Information and historical analysis
Data, news and third-party materials may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or subsequently revised. Check original sources before relying on an important claim. Historical scenarios use the assumptions and coverage shown in the platform; they do not predict future results or establish suitability. Automated summaries may contain errors.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another person’s information, bypass security or rate limits, submit unlawful material, distribute malware, or disrupt the service. Automated collection, redistribution or commercial reuse of licensed data requires the relevant permission. Do not imply that CIBIM endorses a transaction or guarantees a return.
5. Your records and content
You retain your rights in the information and research notes you submit. You permit CIBIM to process that information to provide the features you request. Keep independent copies of important records and verify imported transactions. The platform’s calculations depend on the accuracy and completeness of those records.
6. Intellectual property
CIBIM’s interface and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party data, articles, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Access to the platform does not transfer ownership or grant redistribution rights.
7. Availability and responsibility
The service is under development and may change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CIBIM does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No outcome or investment performance is guaranteed.
8. Suspension and changes
Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service. Material changes to these terms will be identified by an updated date and, where required, communicated to account holders. Any future paid service will have its pricing and applicable subscription terms presented before purchase.
9. Privacy and questions
Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed by the platform and the controls available to you. Questions about these terms should be directed to the operator identified above. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.
